DIY

I have been having a DIY hankering lately! I bought supplies for one plan of action, finished the product, and hung it on the wall. Kooper walked by, pointed at it, and said "Mama, dont wike that! Take it down!" I think it's safe to say he didn't approve of it. Later that night, Kris commented that he hoped I didn't buy that thing! So...it is no longer hanging on the wall :) (It was a letter L, covered in burlap, hanging by a pretty ribbon--I admit it wasn't all that great--I am tweaking my plan, and hope to try again!)

Project B turned out much better in my opinon...

This is a shirt for Kooper to wear at his 2nd birthday party, which we are having at SBC, Friday, February 11th at 6pm. I have been waiting on the humidity to leave the air so that Kooper's hair will be more inclined to cooperate for the "invitation picture" photo shoot :) Last night, he was poked in the eye with a toy airplane, which left two "bobo's" on his left eye. This morning, he dropped a D size battery on his right eye....so I'm beginning to think that it may be difficult to capture the perfect picture! However, boys will be boys, "bobo's" and all, so we may just have to go ahead and have the photo shoot anyway!
